Samantha Turnbull
Senior Strata Manager, Business Development Officer & Licensee-In-Charge

With the benefit of over 20 years in strata management, coupled with substantial building experience in both the Australian and UK markets, Samantha Turnbull heads up the Laing+Simmons Strata division.

Under Samantha’s leadership, Laing+Simmons Strata prides itself on being the premium brand in strata management, providing market leading tailor made strata solutions for residential, commercial and mixed use properties.

Widely known in real estate circles and an industry leader in strata management, Samantha brings an intimate understanding of the relationships, operations and interactions between builders, owners, developers and tradespeople to Laing+Simmons Strata.

Samantha also understands the critical need for clear, prompt and effective communication skills when coordinating effective strata management solutions for Laing+Simmons clients.

Often the relationships between strata managers and agents are in a state of breakdown by default. At Laing+Simmons Strata, Samantha has made it her personal mission to challenge this premise and cultivate strong relationships between Laing+Simmons Strata and real estate agents.

Samantha recognises there is no one-size-fits-all approach to strata management. Working towards a common goal ensures everyone benefits - owners, tenants and tradespeople – creating a powerful point of difference for Laing+Simmons Strata.

Samantha holds a current Strata Managers License, is the Licensee-In-Charge and is an active member of the Strata Community Australia (SCA).
