Strata Management Sydney

Laing+Simmons Strata Management provide expert, cost-effective strata management solutions for both residential and commercial complexes in the greater Sydney region . We are here to assist your Owners Corporation with the day-to-day management, administration and maintenance of your property, encompassing:

arranging for maintenance to be undertaken at your strata complex, from minor works to large projects, such as painting of the common areas, remedial building works etc
+ financial reporting, budgeting & general accounting;
+ enforcement of rules/by-laws;
+ invoicing of levies/service charges;
+ issuing notices, orders and certificates;
+ arrears collection;
+ meeting preparation and attendance;
+ coordination of suitably qualified, licensed and insured tradespeople; and
+ meeting preparation and attendance.

Our well-trained, knowledgeable and professional staff act with integrity and strict adherence to the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996. Our expert team have over 26 years of experience within the industry and are fully licensed.

We are committed to delivering prompt resolutions and regular communications with our Owners on all aspects of our strata management service. All matters will be investigated and actioned accurately and in a timely manner, and if it is unable to be resolved directly, a timeframe will be given so that you are not left wondering "what is happening", 

Our aim is to make sure that all owners are informed and educated about their rights and responsibilities as part of the Owners Corporation.  We also understand that no two complexes or Owners Corporations are exactly alike, and at times require different types of expertise and approaches.  The strength at Laing+Simmons Strata lies in its diverse team and we tailor our approach to suit each individual management.


Strata Management made easy

Laing+SImmons has developed a tailor-made software system to enable all Owners to securely access their accounts and important documents online, at any time. 

We also recognise that not all owners are able to contact our office during office hours, or that some emergencies arise after 5pm or on the weekends.  As such, Laing+Simmons Strata provides each Strata Building with their own independent emergency trades list.  This then allows for emergencies to be quickly attended to and to help reduce possible damage and inconvenience to common areas and residents.
